Service Description

Triple Threat Services LLC's TriXpense: Expense Tracker provides tools to track expenses, manage group budgets, analyze spending, and suggest settlements.

The Service is intended for finance tracking only — not for financial, tax, or investment advice.

Eligibility

Users must be at least 16 years old.

Minors under 18 must have parental consent.

Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate account information
Keep your credentials secure
Notify us of unauthorized access

We are not responsible for unauthorized account use.

Subscription Plans, Group Pricing, and Payments

Triple Threat Services LLC offers Free, Premium, and Pro plans, as well as Group trackers.

Certain features — like group tracking, advanced analytics, and receipt scanning — may require a paid subscription.

Billing and Payment Processing

All payments are handled securely through third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal, or app stores).

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until canceled.

Fees are non-refundable once processed, except where required by law.

Free Trial

All new paid subscriptions include a 7-day free trial.

Billing begins automatically after the trial unless canceled before renewal.

Group Tracker Pricing

Groups start at $4.99/month.

Only the group owner is billed. Members join for free using a code.

Admins are notified before any billing change when new members join.

Group Responsibility

Triple Threat Services LLC is not responsible for disputes, disagreements, missed payments, or conflicts between group members. Group administrators are solely responsible for managing membership and access.

Referral Program/Credit System

After subscribing to a Group, Premium, or Pro, users receive a personal referral code.

When another user subscribes using this code, both users receive credits equivalent to the price of the plan, where $1 = 1 credit.

Credits have no cash value, are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash.

Price Updates

We may adjust pricing or features with prior notice.

Continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

User Data and Ownership

You retain ownership of your financial data.

You grant Triple Threat Services LLC permission to process and analyze your data for service functionality and improvement.

We do not sell or publicly share identifiable personal data.

Banking Integrations

If you link accounts through banking APIs, you authorize secure, read-only access to your transaction data.

We never initiate or move funds on your behalf.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

Commit fraud or unlawful acts
Reverse-engineer or hack the platform
Use it for lending, investment, or business operations

Data Security
